These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bharat Mandir mobile application and related services (the “Service”), operated by SVR INNOVATIVES PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By creating an account or otherwise using Bharat Mandir, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement, and you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of another person, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Accounts are created and accessed using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your phone and account secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used unlawfully.
All chantings and bhajans in Bharat Mandir are made available by SVR INNOVATIVES PRIVATE LIMITED under the full licenses and rights it holds, for your personal devotional use only. You may not record, download (except where the app expressly permits), redistribute, broadcast, publicly perform, or use the audio commercially. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Participation in Madhava Seva community programs and volunteer sign-ups is voluntary. Any information or content you submit must be appropriate, lawful and respectful, and must not be abusive, misleading, hateful, obscene, infringing, or harmful to the rights or sentiments of others. We may remove content and restrict participation at our discretion.
Articles and spiritual content are provided for information and devotion. Questions you submit through the app may be reviewed and answered by our team, and selected questions and answers may be published anonymously as FAQ to help other devotees.
The Service, including its content, design, logos, and software, is owned by SVR INNOVATIVES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. Temple images, audio and articles are used under the licenses and rights we hold or remain the property of the respective temples, creators or rights holders. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Temple information, timings and third-party services are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate or available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVR INNOVATIVES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.
